Survivors of stroke under 65 years of age.
Description of the group:
This stroke support group runs virtually by Zoom and is peer-led by young stroke survivors in the community. It provides stroke survivors (under 65 years of age) the opportunity to meet new friends who have also experienced a stroke, to share ideas and support one another.
