Stroke survivors and their care partners.

Description of the group:
The Victoria Stroke Recovery Association supports stroke survivors and their care partners to improve their quality of life, allowing independent living and ongoing recovery. Programming for stroke survivors focuses on communication skills, self-management, group exercise and music therapy. Stroke survivors and care partners connect with others who share a similar experience for social connection, emotional support and resource sharing.
