Description of the group:
The Cornwall & Area Stroke Survivors Support Group is hosted by people with lived experience of stroke who are passionate about supporting others who have been impacted by a stroke. This group welcomes stroke survivors and caregivers for social connection, emotional support and shared learnings throughout the stroke recovery journey.
