Stroke survivors and their caregivers and family members.

Description of the group:
The Cambridge Stroke Recovery Association is a dedicated group of stroke survivors, caregivers and family members who provide ongoing inspiration, encouragement and moral support to each other. This group aims to support and promote the continuing recovery process and community integration of stroke survivors and their families.
