When Will Your Group Meet?

Meeting on the same day, at the same time, and in the same place each week can help reduce confusion. Most groups meet one or two times monthly.

How often you meet will depend on:

How often you can access the space.
The length of each meeting (shorter, more frequent meetings or longer, less frequent ones).
Costs (more meetings may mean higher supply costs).
Member preferences and needs (transportation, help, work, and other responsibilities).
