Grounding exercises (5 minutes, as needed)
- Use grounding exercises to help focus if members are distracted. These exercises can be calming or energizing, depending on the need.
- Spend a moment in silence to become present.
- Guide the group through three slow, deep breaths.
- Have members list five things they see, four things they feel, three things they hear, two things they smell, and one thing they taste.
Breaks (Once per hour, or as needed)
- Plan regular breaks during the session to help members stay focused and refreshed.
- Watch for signs of boredom or tiredness to decide when to take a break.
