Distributing Your Survey

You can distribute your survey in different ways: print it out and share it, conduct it over the phone, or post it online. Try to reach as many people as possible to get useful responses.

You can share surveys in places where people who have had a stroke often go, such as:

Hospital stroke units
Outpatient stroke rehabilitation clinics
Stroke recovery and prevention organizations
Doctors’ offices

If you use online survey tools (like Google Forms or Survey Monkey), share the survey link in stroke-related groups on social media to reach more people.
